Dar Al Khartoum has built practical experience in travel, air booking and distribution channels since the 1980s, extending later into digital channels. في 2014 قدّمت دار الخرطوم نظام Daral للحجز الإلكتروني، امتدادًا لخبرتها في تطوير قنوات السفر والتوزيع الرقمي. ومن الخبرة العملية في تشغيل وتطوير Daral ومتابعة تحديات مبيعات الطيران وتسويتها، نشأت لاحقًا فكرة FlightSettle. In 2014, Dar Al Khartoum introduced the Daral online booking system as part of its development of digital travel and distribution channels. The operating experience gained through Daral, together with first-hand observation of airline-sales and settlement challenges, later became part of the foundation for FlightSettle.

FlightSettle does not itself execute settlement, transfers, gold purchases or exports, regulatory approvals, or banking decisions, and it does not conclude agreements on behalf of any party.
